Walk-through and Delivery -You now join us as we orient you to the house, the systems, the workings and maintenance issues needed to give you the best living experience.   A punch list is created which identifies any items that need attention.  These are all in accordance with our Warranty and Walk-through procedures you received prior to contract execution. 

Remember that “Home Owners Manual” you received back at the beginning?  Now is the time to review it, place any manuals and warranty documents in it and begin the glorious experience of home ownership.  It is no longer a Scott Homes, Ltd. house, it is now your HOME.  Enjoy it, live in it, maintain it with routine maintenance and the house will serve you well.
